Molchat Doma Live in Columbus!

Kicking off the evening was Sextile, a post-punk band from LA. This band was an incredible support act, the band's sound meshed well with the set to come from Molchat Doma. Sextile also was able to get the audience hyped up for Molchat Doma. The lighting was moody, the music was bumping, truly fans were thoroughly enjoying their time.

Molchat Doma a Belarusian post-punk band killed the evening. Whether it was the lighting, the vocals, Molchat Doma was very intriguing to see live. The fans loved every moment of this performance. This crowd was entirely different from any show I’ve seen, lots of head bouncing, cool outfits and a dark vibe.

Molchat Doma performed a lot of their new album Belaya Polosa, as well as one of their most popular albums Этажи. If you’ve never seen Molchat Doma live, I highly recommend going to a show. The vibes were unmatched, the vocals were amazing, and the stage presence was unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

The moody lighting, dark aesthetics, and crowd energy really come across here, almost like riding the momentum nonstop, kind of a Slope Rider experience where the vibe just keeps building and never lets up. Definitely the kind of show that sticks with you long after the lights go out.
