Headbangers Howl - 10/12/18

We have all had dark days, some more than others; days where we just want to give up and call it quits, but know that you are not alone. Music has always been my safe place where I can zone out and turn my negatives into positives. I have created this Headbangers Howl playlist to help anyone get through those tough days, and hope this can relieve even the smallest amount of darkness and stress in your day. We all have our own songs that lift us up, and here are some heavy hitters that have helped me and can hopefully help you as well. One personally that has helped me and that is not on here (because it isn’t heavy) is Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. This song has gotten me through so much (to the point where some of the lyrics are tattooed on my body). Find your song! Don’t stop finding what makes you stronger and know that things do get better! You matter.
